Morgen Smith

Morgen will present on quick and effective exercise tips for beginner fitness. This will get people moving safely and focus on the activities that are the most helpful. This interactive session will involve exercise for those who wish to partake (no spandex please).

Heartfulness guided session

Dr Patrick McHugh

Dr McHugh will present a guided meditation session on heartfulness. If you are wanting some quick techniques that you can use yourself or with patients then this will give you some good options. Practical session so come with an open heart.

This session will focus on what are the highest yield brief interventions for practitioners to use with their patients, with knowledge that can be covered in 5 minutes on topics depending on audience demand, such as; gout, blood pressure, weight loss, acne, appropriate schedules for reviewing medications on a plant based diet.

What conference on food is complete without a cooking demonstration? This year we have a bit longer with the chefs so they can provide a bit more depth to some of the most useful tips on cooking.
